Instructions for Vinkiel app users

Delete the account in the app

Sign in to Vinkiel and go to Profile ? Account and security ? Delete account. Confirm in the system dialog. Your account, saved places, event history and Google or Apple sign-in links will be deleted.

If you cannot access the app

Write from the address assigned to the account to contact@vinkiel.com. We will verify the request and delete the account within 7 days.

Venue profiles

If you manage a venue, contact us before deleting the account so the profile can be transferred to another owner. Otherwise, the profile and its content will be deleted with the account.

What may remain

Backups may be retained for up to 30 days and are not used operationally during that period. Data that must be kept for legal reasons is retained only for the required period.
