Terms of Service
§ 1. General provisions
These Terms define the rules for using the Vinkiel mobile application and website (the “Service”), available at vinkiel.app and in the App Store and Google Play, operated by Vinkiel (the “Provider”).
Using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the Service.
§ 2. Definitions
- User - a natural person using the Service.
- App - the Vinkiel mobile application for iOS and Android.
- Partner panel - the part of the Service intended for owners of venues, attractions and places registered in the Vinkiel database.
- Content - all text, graphic and multimedia materials (including multimedia materials) available within the Service.
§ 3. Conditions of use
The Service may be used by persons aged 16 or older. Using the Partner panel requires being at least 18 years old.
The User agrees to:
- use the Service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms,
- refrain from actions that could disrupt the proper functioning of the Service,
- respect the intellectual property rights of the Provider and third parties,
- provide true information when registering and in the submission form.
§ 4. Partner panel and submissions
Place owners may submit their venue via the form at vinkiel.app or directly in the App. Creating a place profile and publishing offers and materials is free of charge. At the submitter's explicit request, the Vinkiel team may prepare and configure the profile on their behalf; access to such an account is handed over exclusively to the submitter.
Bookings accepted through the App are configured by the place owner - the Provider is not a party to the agreement between the User and the place.
The account owner is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. All actions performed with their credentials are their responsibility.
§ 5. Partner content
The partner bears full responsibility for published materials (photos, descriptions, prices, opening hours) and declares holding the rights to them. The Provider may remove Content that violates the law or public decency.
§ 6. Intellectual property
All content available in the Service, including logos, graphics, place descriptions and application code, is the exclusive property of the Provider or has been made available under appropriate licences.
§ 7. Liability
The Provider strives to keep the information in the Service up to date but does not guarantee its full accuracy (e.g. sudden changes to opening hours, booking availability or prices). The Service is provided “as is”.
§ 8. Complaints
Complaints regarding the Service may be submitted to contact@vinkiel.com. We respond within 14 days.
§ 9. Final provisions
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes will be announced on this page 14 days in advance. Polish law applies.
