How much does it cost to add my place to Vinkiel?
Nothing. Creating a profile, publishing offers and accepting bookings are completely free - now and in the future for the basic plan.
Can I edit my profile myself after it's created?
Yes. Once your profile is set up you have full access to edit it from the app - photos, description, opening hours, prices and deals can be updated any time.
How long does it take to launch a profile?
Usually 1-2 business days from submission to first contact with our team. Completing the profile itself takes about 5 minutes.
Is there a limit on materials added to a profile?
We don't set a strict limit - we want your profile to properly showcase what you offer. If you're unsure, we'll suggest how much material is worth adding.
What if I want to remove my profile?
You can request removal at any time by writing to contact@vinkiel.com - we'll take it down, no questions asked.
Can I add and manage my place directly from the app?
Yes, that's on our roadmap - besides the website form and partner panel, you'll soon be able to add your place and manage it directly in the Vinkiel app.
